Jérome Le Mest

After studying Cinema at New York University, Jérôme Le Mest started his career on American film sets before becoming a Creative Director at Panama Productions, where he oversaw the development of the series “Transferts“ (Arte, winner of the Best Francophone Series Award at the Series Mania Festival), nine seasons of “Une famille formidable“ (a family comedy for TF1), and a dozen TV movies for TF1, France 2, and France 3. A freelance screenwriter for the past 10 years, he writes for comedy and crime series while developing concepts for original series both in France and abroad. He also works as a consultant, script reader and writing tutor.
