Cécile Lugiez

After studying literature and film and earning a master’s degree in audiovisual writing from the Institut des Arts de Diffusion in Belgium, Cécile Lugiez became a television screenwriter. After starting out writing for several short-form programs, notably “Scènes de ménages”, she has worked on numerous TV movies, series, and daily soap operas aired on various networks and platforms. She is also a series editor (for “Sam” and “Les Bracelets rouges”) and co-created “Le Fil d’Ariane”, a family comedy-crime series aired on TF1. She believes in the multifaceted power of stories and their characters.
