Boosting Ideas lim² BZH x Galicia 2026

For the first time, Brittany and Galicia are coming together to support film professionals in exploring new ideas, strengthening stories and discovering the creative potential of their projects, before writing even begins.
From 19 to 23 October 2026, writers-directors and creative producers from both regions will meet in Le Groupe Ouest for the lim² Région Bretagne x Xunta de Galicia Boosting Ideas Workshop, a five-day creative experience dedicated to the early stages of film development.
But what exactly is the lim² Boosting Ideas Workshop?
Every film begins with an idea. But how do you find the heart of a story, explore its emotional depth and discover what makes it truly distinctive?
These are the questions at the heart of the lim² Boosting Ideas Workshop.
Led by two international script consultants: Simão Cayatte and Tara Mulholand from the lim² network, the workshop focuses on the creative process before writing begins. It offers participants a space to question their ideas, experiment with storytelling approaches and uncover the full potential of their projects before embarking on the writing process.
