The Team
Le Groupe Ouest, an enthusiastic crew bringing to the table their complementary skills
Over the years, the permanent team has grown and varies now between ten and twelve at La Gare, Plouneour-Brignogan (Finistère, Brittany). These are the pillars. Along with some forty script-consultants, they prepare, design and organise the work sessions with the writers which are held either in the Finistère or in other far away parts of Europe.
The permanent staff work in groups with two or three pillars per project. Each project is the result of a collaboration based on previous experiences or projects.
Every second month, the permanent team pillars evaluate and discuss their ventures and explorations with the Board of Directors which is made up of some fifteen members with rich and diverse life paths.
