
Nicolas Peufaillit
Trained at film and television school, Nicolas Peufaillit won the César for Best Original Screenplay in 2010 for the film Un Prophète by Jacques Audiard, which received the Grand Jury Prize at the Cannes Film Festival. He also contributed to the writing of Noces by Stephan Streker (nominated for the César for Best Foreign Film in 2018), and to the documentary Le Studio de la terreur, broadcast on Canal+ in 2016 and nominated for the International Emmy Awards.
He co-wrote Ørdesa, an interactive fiction for Arte Creative, which won the Pégase for Best Mobile Game in 2021, and The Passengers, a virtual reality fiction selected for Sundance New Frontier, Tribeca, and South by Southwest.
He devotes all his energy to writing series: Invisible (2020 – TF1), season 2 of Maroni (2021 – Arte), Caïd (2021 – Netflix)… and is currently working on the series adaptation of Un Prophète.
