Nayeem Mahbub

Nayeem Mahbub is an international story consultant. He collaborates with prestigious programs such as the EAVE Producers Workshop, LIM Boosting Ideas, Ties That Bind, and European Short Pitch, among others.

Coming from a background in film and video editing, he has worked on both narrative and commercial projects. He began his career writing and directing 2D animated films in his home country, Bangladesh, before briefly joining the BBC World Service as a producer. He holds a master’s degree in documentary filmmaking through the DocNomads program.

As a screenwriter, he has taken part in LIM’s main program, the Berlinale Short Form Station, as well as the European Short Pitch.
