Leonardo Valenti

Leonardo Valenti was born in Terni, Italy, in 1975. He is a scriptwriter for television, cinema and comics. He is best known for the series RIS, adapted in several European countries including France under the title “RIS Police Scientifique”, and Romanzo Criminale – la série, broadcast in France by Canal +, in the UK by the BBC and in the USA by HBO. The film A.C.A.B. (2012), for which he wrote the screenplay, won the “Sang Neuf” prize at the Beaune Thriller Festival. He is also co-creator and screenwriter of several series and mini-series broadcast in Italy and abroad, including Il Mostro di Firenze, Camorra Connection, Crime Infiltration and the latest A Sicilian Story.
He is co-author of Fin Ar Bed, a mini-series in Breton produced by Lyo and Tita B for France 3 Bretagne.

He is also the author of four graphic novels published in Italy. His latest, Cassandra, published in Italy by Tunué, was published in France in 2015 by Editions Asiatika. He has lived in Brittany since 2012.
