
Alice Vial
Alice Vial is both director and screenwriter. She has directed four short films, including Les Bigorneaux, César for Best Short Film 2018, and episodes of the Loulou series (Arte Créative), which she co-created. Alice co-wrote the film Les Innocentes with Sabrina B. Karine. They developed the script at Groupe Ouest and then at TorinoFilmLab before signing with Mandarin. The film, directed by Anne Fontaine, was selected for the Sundance Film Festival, and was nominated for an Oscar. Alice went on to write the series Marjorie (France 2), Les Grands (OCS), Les 7 Vies de Léa (Netflix), La Vie de Château (France 4), La Fille au cœur de cochon (Slash) and Les Gouttes de Dieu (France 2). She co-wrote and directed the series Septième Ciel (OCS), which won the award for best 26′ series at the 2022 La Rochelle Fiction Festival.
Alice is currently working on her first feature film.
