César 2018 : Alice Vial & Josza Anjembe parmi les nommées

Two writers-directors who came to Le Groupe Ouest selected for Best Short Film

On 31st January 2018 were announced the selections for the 43rd César Awards Ceremony and it is with pleasure that we discovered two writers-directors who took part to our workshops among the filmmakers running for the César of the Best Short Film.

Alice Vial — 2011 Annual Selection, for the co-writing with Sabrina B. Karine of the feature film The Innocents — is selected with her short film Les Bigorneaux.

And Josza Anjembe, who followed the workshop Scénario : puissance et âme (Groupe Ouest Développement) in 2016, is selected for her short film Le Bleu blanc rouge de mes cheveux.

The two films are also made in Brittany: Josza shot her short film in Rennes and Alice, as for her, chose Brignogan and its famous Café du Port for main set.

Congratulations to both of them and fingers crossed for the results on 2nd March!
